Who is Pramosone for ?

Pramoxine is a topical anesthetic used to relieve minor pain, itching and discomfort. Hydrocortisone reduces inflammation and itching. This combination medication is used in the treatment of certain conditions of the anal region and in the treatment of certain skin conditions such as eczema, rash, abrasions, insect bites or minor burns.

When should I be careful taking Pramosone ?

this medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if this medication is found in breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding. Tell your doctor if you have any pre-existing blood disorders, infections, liver disease or allergies especially to any anesthetics.

Pramosone Side Effects

this medication may cause temporary redness or minor irritation when first applied. If these symptoms continue or become worse inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop swelling, itching or a rash where the medication is applied.
